2026 "Roxanne the Razor" NND

Bitter and dark whilst bright and juicy – light red taken to another level. Darker fruit profile this year, ripe cherries and blackberries with an earthy richness, cocoa and all spice. Touch fuller on the palate too, more of that black fruit, but super smooth, bright and balanced – the higher acid, cranberry feel cutting through and bringing length. Excellent with a chill, ideal at cellar temp.

A blend of Negroamaro and Nero d’Avola, wild fermented in stainless steel, each variety is were picked and fermented separately – 4-5 days on skins before being pressed off, with blending just prior to bottling.
