Hell 2024 Light Red

The Hell Wines are our chance to experiment and push the boundaries with our winemaking; to take the beautiful certified organic and biodynamic fruit from the Bassham vineyard in the Riverland and create truly unique, thought provoking wines.

The Hell release is all about texture. Influenced by eating, drinking and travelling through Southern Italy, this release encapsulates the energy of old world village wines, but with added layers of depth and character. Salty, chalky, savoury and moreish, whilst still remaining eminently gluggable.

Light Red: carbonic macerated al la Beaujolais, but using Nero d’Avola and Aglianico. The wine showcases that deliciously bright jubey fruit but with added peppery spice and subtle tannin. Chill it down and watch the bottle disappear.
