Amaya is all-time this year. Allans raspberry jube lolly, like a nostalgic pop in the brain, bright juicy and fun. Coats the mouth nicely but moreish with a minty dryness, rhubarb fruity bitterness. Summer sunshine medicine. Charcuterie, pickles and crusty bread.

Fermented in stainless steel with wild vineyard yeast, the wine was bottled under crown seal to finish ferment, resulting in the Petillant Naturel style.
