Hell 2022 Rose

Experimental.  Boundary pushing. Just plain delicious. Our “Hell” wines represent us daring to dream, taking inspiration from our vinous heroes and using some more out-there winemaking techniques to make wines that excite us.

All fruit for the 2022 Hell wines was sourced from the Bassham Organic and Biodynamic vineyard in The Riverland.

Negroamaro, with a splash of Arinto, Malvasia and Nero d’Avola for fun. Fuzzy peaches and apricots on the palate, pink roses with a creamy texture, slatey minerality. A classic dry rose with an edge of pure adrenaline. Drink with salty aperitivo snacks in the sunshine.
