Hell 2022 Nero d'Avola

Experimental.  Boundary pushing. Just plain delicious. Our “Hell” wines represent us daring to dream, taking inspiration from our vinous heroes and using some more out-there winemaking techniques to make wines that excite us.

All fruit for the 2022 Hell wines was sourced from the Bassham Organic and Biodynamic vineyard in The Riverland.

Serious wine stuff here folks. 100% Nero d'Avola, two different harvest days over 3 weeks apart, attempting to showcase all this variety can be in The Riverland. Lovely fruitcake spice, sour black cherry, prunes, vanilla, boysenberry. Powerful, yet playful tannin. A wine steeped in history and tradition, but modern in it's feel.
